Wondrous Item, artifact (requires attunement by a Must be attuned to by a magic wielder )
This wonderous Item allows the wielder to separate the souls of beings from their bodies and destroys all emotion, making them mindless, soulless, and emotionless beings.
The first time this item is used, it also takes the soul of the user. Only a soulless being can steal the souls of others.
Use of the item is made with a wisdom saving throw. Both the wielder and target must make a DC15 wisdom throw. On a failed save the target's soul is sucked into the amulet. The amulet has an AC of 27 and HP of 150+number of souls*10.
