Arrow of Guidance

This arrow ignores range and cover penalties as long as the target is within line of sight.  

Add +5 to hit with this arrow.

Once the arrow hits a target, its magic is lost.

If a target is missed, roll a d4.  On a 1, the arrow breaks on impact and may not be retrieved.
