Your ability to divine omens and call upon the cosmos is empowered by this mystical deck of 22 (Major Arcana) cards. By channeling your own energy through your attunement bond, you are able to influence the Fates in ways not understood by the uninitiated.
Using this deck requires the caster to expend a spell slot of any level. Roll a d4 on the appropriate spell level table to determine the effect of the spell. This item can be used thrice per day. Attempts to use the item more than three times per day will result in the depletion of a spell slot without any effect.
If any spell normally requires concentration, it does not when cast as an effect from the Tarot Deck. Unless stated, spell effects that would normally require saving throws do not require them; the effects automatically succeed.
