Amulet of Genasi Housing

This Amulet is getting bonded with the first Genasi that comes in direct contact with it.

The Genasi bonded with the amulet can concentrate for 1 min like concentrating for a spell and enter the Amulets dimension. The amulets dimension works like the Magnifiicent Mansion spell but only the bonded Genasi can enter. While in that dimension Genasi has no knowledge what happens at the realm where the necklace is but can exit it by again concentrating for 1 min. After the Genasi leaves the amulet it can't enter it again until the next dawn.

While the Genasi is in the amulet if a creature tries to damage or harm the necklace (not the holder of the necklace) need to first pass a Wisdom saving throw of 15 of stops the action that tried to do. Creatures that are immune to charm don't need to do the roll. If the creature who hold the amulet (not the Genasi which is bonded with) while the Genasi is in the amulet tries to sell or throw the amulet needs to pass a Wisdom saving throw or fails to do so
