This amulet carries an eerie energy within the pitch black gem in the center of a steel molded skeletal claw that clutches it. When the wearer is to deliver a devastating blow to an enemy, the dark energies within the gem reach out and wreath the weapon to empower the blow.
When you score a natural 20 on a target with a melee weapon attack, you add 1d10 extra as necrotic damage on hit.
Wearer will never gain the bonus effect of the item if they don't meet the alignment required.
