Animated Net

As an action, throw this net at a target in a 60 ft range.  The target can be of any size but must have a solid form. The target is restrained and must make a dc 15 strength check to break it. Each failed check deals 5 bludgeoning damage and increases the check by 1, to a maximum of 25.
