Grasp of Power: Once per day, when you hold this magic gem you can expend a spell slot of 1st through 5th level. Every creature within 10 feet of you (including yourself) must make a Constitution Saving Throw. On a failure the creature takes 10 times the level of the spell slot and on a succes they take half as much. Objects automatically failes and takes the full damage as well, with the effects determined by the Dungeon Master
