This normal looking arrow has its fletching made from Roc feathers, the shaft made from Iron wood, and the tip made from the scale of a Dragon.
Any creature hit with this arrow takes and additional 3(1d6) piercing damage and has the stunned condition till the start of your next turn. If a Dragon takes damage from the arrow, the target dragon must make a DC 18 Constitution saving throw, taking an extra 6d8 piercing damage on a failed save, or half as much extra damage on a successful one.
If shot from the Dragon Slayer's Longbow, the creature takes 3d8 of (acid, cold, fire, etc) damage. This damage is automatic regardless of the outcome of the savings throw above. Type of damage is determined by the color of the scale that makes the arrow tip (Ask your DM to determine).
Once an arrow of Dragon slaying deals its extra damage to a creature, it becomes a nonmagical arrow until dragon scale tip is replaced.
Notes: Damage: Piercing, Damage, Combat, Bane
