The gemstone holds a fragment of Kurtulmak's spirit within the finely crafted necklace. Once attuned, the wearer can cast Charm Person at 1st level on Kobolds up to three times per day. The spirit of Kurtulmak must rest after the third use. Each dawn, the charges reset to 3. Regardless of the wearer's spell save, the Amulet of Kurtulmak has a WIS save DC of 18.
