The book has 50 charges. Every spell cast through the book takes a number of charges equal to the spell's level + 1, or + 5 if the spell consumes material components that cannot be bypassed with an arcane focus.

3rd level:

Animate Dead, Revivify, Summon Undead Spirits, Vampiric Touch

5th level:

Raise Dead

6th level:

Create Undead

7th level:

Ressurection

9th level:

True Ressurection

Notes: by a 5th or greater level spellcaster who knows at least one necromancy spell.
