A wondrous item once forged by Gilgamesh as the Chains of Heaven, re-tooled and altered into Ascenchains.
The damage for this weapon is 1d8 + your melee attack modifier.
On your turn, as a bonus action, you may perform one of the special abilities:
When you hit a target with your chain, you may use a bonus action to bounce the weapon tip to another target within 10 feet of the original. If target is within 5 feet, its an auto hit.
When you hit a target with our chain, you may use your bonus action to grapple the target. The target makes a Strength saving throw against your spell DC or becomes grappled by the chain.
As a bonus action, you may extend the reach of your whip and attack range to 15 feet until the start of your next turn.
Proficiency with a Whip allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
