Wondrous Item, artifact (requires attunement by a wearer has to spend 72 hours with the amulet to receive the magical affect.)
A small silver chain with a small amulet of a rose. In the center of the rose is a Blood Diamond in the shape of a tear drop.
At the end of the 72 hours of attunememt the wearer becomes resistant to all non-magical damage, can not be charmed, petrified and frightened and grows devil or demon wings.(user chooses) The user now has a fly speed of 60 ft.
Notes: The devil or demon wings can be folded or sheathed., wearer has to spend 72 hours with the amulet to receive the magical affect.
