Wondrous Item, artifact (requires attunement by a User must spend 6 hours of meditation in a suitable temple while wearing the helm.)
The user is granted Wisdom by the goddess Athena. Their wisdom score is replaced with a 23 and cannot be modified.
Looking as if it was forged by Hephaestus himself, the helm looks as if it were forged from Silver and Platinum but is sure made of finer materials.
The shape of the helm is that of an Owl head.
