These arrows don't seem to weigh anything, and are made of a silver metal that seems to glow from within. They are faintly warm to the touch, and you can almost hear some angelic choir singing when you hold one up to inspect it.
When fired under a cloudless night sky, each arrow deals an additional 4d6 radiant damage. When fired in any other circumstance, the arrow behaves as a normal arrow.
Proficiency with a Dart allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
