Weapon (rapier), very rare (requires attunement)

This wielder of this gentleman's cane can cause it to be transformed and wielded as any light or finesse weapon that grants a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with it.

The cane has 5 charges. When you make a melee attack in this way, you expend 1 of its charges. Due to the surprising nature of the transformation, you can gain the benefits of the Assassinate or Sneak Attack in circumstances that otherwise would not allow.

The can regains 1d4 + 2 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the can becomes a nonmagical walking stick.

Proficiency with a Rapier allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.

Notes: Bonus: Magic, Damage, Combat, Finesse, Vex
