Amulet of Spud-Finding

A crude, poorly crafted iron amulet with a ghastly depiction of a warped potato (that seems to have a beard) at the base of the necklace. The amulet is heavy and uncomfortable to wear, and appears as if constructed in extreme haste, and with furious intent. 

The amulet gives off a faint glow whenever a person of dwarven descent is within 100 feet. 

It is rumoured that when asked why the crafter named the amulet the 'spud-finder', he claimed that potatoes and dwarves were indistinguishable; both being lumpy and originating from the ground.
