This is the first staff the legendary mage Zherrias obtained during his adventures.

It grants a bonus of +2 to Spellattacks and increases saving throws by +2. 

It has 3 charges wich refill at dawn.

You can expend 1 charge to cast counterspell as a reaction on 3rd lvl or to cast dispell magic at 3rd lvl.

It is also possible to expend all 3 charges to cast antimagicfield centred on yourself.

The staff regains 3 charges at dawn.

While attuned to the staff roll a d10 after every spell you cast. If you roll a 10 the spell fails. (The spellslot and components are still consumed).

If you roll a 1 however you may reroll all dmg rolls that also rolled a 1 if the cast spell deals dmg.
