Potion, artifact
When this potion is drank you can set any die roll to max and you regain 1d20 hit points per iniatitive count 20 losing ties. You can breath underwater infinitely and can not be exhausted. Your speed doubles in all fields and you may not be poisoned. You also regain all your hip points and you instantly become stable if you fall unconscious. This potion lasts 6 hours and can not be crafted.
