This dark black longsword has strange swirling patterns etched into its inky metal. You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon and the longword deals an additional 1d4 necrotic damage each hit.
Additionally, while holding this longsword the wielder gains +2 to their initiative bonus, as the trapped aboleth issues whispering warnings to its master. Once per day the wielder can cast the wall of water spell.
This weapon is cursed. Once attuned to the sword, only a greater restoration spell or a remove curse spell cast at 5th level can end its effect. While cursed the wielder's skin transforms into a transparent, glistening membrane. A creature so transformed must keep this membrane moistened with cool, fresh water every hour or suffer -2 to their AC. Additionally, a cursed creature gains vulnerability to fire damage and makes constitution saving throws to avoid the effects of extreme heat at disadvantage.
Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
Notes: Bonus: Magic, Damage: Necrotic, Bonus: Initiative, Vulnerability: Fire, Bonus: Armor Class, Damage, Combat, Versatile, Sap
