Aicarosse the Piercing Rain, a magic Halberd created by the elves for Motoyasu, the Hero of the spear. He was gifted this weapon for his many accomplishments in protecting his people. Many years after his death it was lost, some believing never to be found again...
Upon attunement you feel a strong sense of confidence when brandishing Aicarosse and you gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. Furthermore depending on your alignment the following may occur:
Good: You gain advantage to the first attack you make (Once per short rest) "For the glory of battle!"
Neutral: You gain advantage on one grapple check If you use this weapon to pin a creature (once per short rest) "You shall not escape me!"
Evil: You gain advantage on one attack of opportunity (Once per short rest) "You can not escape my fury!"
Proficiency with a Halberd allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Cleave. If you hit a creature with a melee attack roll using this weapon, you can make a melee attack roll with the weapon against a second creature within 5 feet of the first that is also within your reach. On a hit, the second creature takes the weapon’s damage, but don’t add your ability modifier to that damage unless that modifier is negative. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
