Wondrous Item, legendary (requires attunement by a Intelligence 14 or higher)

The Arbiter's Judgement can act as a spell focus, increasing your spellcasting modifier by +1. Also, grants the attuned user the War Caster feat. While attuned, you and everything you are wearing are considered under the effect of the Nondetection spell. Unarmed attacks made with the gauntlet can now inflict piercing damage.

Additionally once per day you can expend the gauntlet's energy to do one of the following:

-Cause your next melee attack to inflict an additional 3d10 psychic damage, this must be chosen before the roll is made. The effect is consumed whether the attack hits or not.

-Cause your next targeted spell cast to have advantage, and if it deals damage, roll an additional damage die. If the spell instead triggers a saving throw, the target(s), up to 3, have disadvantage on that saving throw.

-Whenever you score a critical hit, while attuned to Arbiter's Judgement, if the target has an astral body you may choose to deal no damage and instead sever the cord to their physical body.

"This single lightweight gauntlet provides complete protection from clawed finger-tip to elbow, yet its layered design still provides excellent articulate ability. The hand itself moves so smoothly it could be it could be compared to wearing a silk glove. The body of the gauntlet is primarily composed of a curious silver metal that is impossibly strong but lacks any serious weight. Inlaid upon this mysterious material , written in characters of platinum, is the githyanki script of Tir'su. A five line mantra, repeating over and over, covering the entirety of the Arbiter's Judgement, creating an intriguing visual texture. 'I am a lost brother. I am dutifully studied. I am our watcher. I am the silver handed. We are the bane of the Revered Queen.'"
