Amulet of Elemental Rotation

A metallic chain holds a golden ring that cradles a floating hexagonal disk.  Closer inspection would reveal a translucent aspect to the hexagon, as light passes through the shape, it is given a multi-dimensional prismatic depth with no end.  The rotating corners appear to capture and accentuate the colors of light that enters within, gathering at the vertices where small bursts of elemental energy flare out before returning to its original state. 

With up to 3 charges per day, where anywhere from 1 to 3 charges are replenished at dawn. 

The weilder can use their bonus action and expend a charge to invoke the power of the amulet onto any simple or martial weapon they are wielding, granting the weapon(s) a bonus (Fire/Cold/Lightning/Necrotic/Radiant) elemental damage of 1d6 for the duration of a minute.
