Amulet of Life Drain

An amulet that allows the bearer to drain life essence from their enemies.

As an action the wearer of this amulet can make an attack roll with a +6 to hit. If they hit then the target takes 2d10 necrotic damage and half of the damage is returned to the wearer in healing.
