This staff is made out of elderwood, and has glowing blue elvish runes as well as purple and blue glowing mushrooms. The tip of the staff is shaped to look like a Faerie Dragon's head.

While attuned to this staff, you can innately cast the following spells: Faerie Fire and dancing lights. You can also use the staff as a spellcasting focus. 

This staff has five charges, and regains 1D4+1 at dusk each day. By expending one charge, you can cause a puff of euphoria gas to come out of the mouth of the Faerie dragon. Choose one creature within 10ft of you. The target must succeed on a wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC. Roll a D6 if it fails. On a 1-4, the target takes no actions or bonus actions, and moves in a random direction. On a 5-6, the creature is charmed for you. It last for one hour, or until you lose concentration.
