Wondrous Item, uncommon
The wearer can submerge themselves into any puddle of water as if it were several feet deeper than they are tall - even if it's just a splash of water on the floor. As long as it's wide enough, the wearer can move into the water as if it were deep and hide. Any connecting streams of water will mean underwater tunnels that can be swum through. If you hide / completely submerged into the water, others will only see the water as it physically stands.
