These runes represent peace, calm, and discipline. They glow faintly as they project these thoughts onto the wearer, preventing him from flying into a murderous rage. If a barbarian is marked by these runes, he cannot rage.

Calm Emotions (1/day). As an action, you can use the runes to mimic the effect of a calm emotions spell on a single target within 30 feet. Doing so suppresses the tattoos' calming effect on the wearer for 1 minute.
