Amulet of Blinding

This silver pendant is a 1-inch disk that hangs low from the neck.  While wearing it, you can use your action to cast Blindness/Deafness (save DC 16) on all creatures within a 30 foot cone, using only the spell's blindness option.  The amulet can only store enough light for one use at a time. After this use is spent, the amulet cannot be used again until the next dawn.
