While this enchanted shield is strapped to your arm, you have a +2 bonus to AC. You must take one action to attach or remove it. You retain both hands while wielding this shield. Bucklers are useful for spellcasting, dual wielding, or using two-handed weapons, however, they are extremely expensive and difficult to produce, running about 50-100gp.
This particular Buckler is built with the spellcaster in mind. Its enchantment enhances the spellcaster's abilities and can be used as an arcane focus. It increases spell save DC and spell attack bonuses by 1.
Shields require the Utilize action to Don or Doff. You gain the Armor Class benefit of a Shield only if you have training with it.
Notes: Bonus: Armor Class, Bonus: Spell Attacks, Bonus: Spell Save DC, Combat, Warding
