While holding this rod, you gain a +1 bonus to spell attack rolls and to the saving throw DCs of your warlock spells. In addition while the holding Rod of the Pact Keeper, you can use a bonus action to call to your patron and regain one expended warlock spell slot. Once you use this feature, it can't be used again until after you finish a  long rest.
