The bow seeks revenge against those that have wronged you, it will try to push you into action if it comes within someone who wronged you. When you are not in touch with it for 12 hours it will start to emit a low humming sound that increases in decibel until you touch it again. It is crafted from an odd species of Birch tree with a dark color that seems to pull at the shadows around you. It is capped on both ends by a gleaming silver dragon claws that hold the bowstrings. This bow requires no arrows, for when you pull back on the drawstring a spectral arrow that crackles with some electric energy will knock into place.
Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
