Wondrous Item, artifact (requires attunement)
The Amulet of Doors is an ancient artifact of immense evocative power built to contain the power of Máocì. Holding the Amulet allows a user to expend a charge use the Power Word Heal, Earthquake, or Mordenkainen's Sword spells. Since it is linked to the Ninth Hell, the Amulet deals 5d6 poison damage to any character that is not good or evil and 12d6 poison damage to any good character upon use. It deals an additional 2d6 poison damage to any lawful character who uses it.
Holding the Amulet of Doors gives resistance to poison damage not dealt by the Amulet.
