If you are attuned to this item, it does 2d10 damage, and increases your speed by 5 ft, as well as raising your base dexterity by 2.
You can store up to 2d12 radiant damage, and 2d12 fire damage, and expend it on the next hit. It can have both types of damage stored, but the creature who stored the damage takes 1d10 damage of the type.
