The Cloak of Levitation is a magical relic that is able to move and fly on its own power, enabling its user to levitate and hover in the air. It is one of the many mystical relics that was in the possession of the Masters of the Mystic Arts. While all relics "choose" their masters, the cloak possesses a will of its own and moves by its own accord. It give the user flying speed of 60 ft. 

While attune to this Item the user gain +3 to their AC and a flying speed of 60 ft. This Cloak is not consider armor

Alert: While attune the cloak is forever alert and looking out for danger granting the user blind sense and advantage on perception checks within 60 ft, a +5 bonus to initiative and the wearer can no longer be surprised providing the cloak is conscious and you no longer provoke advantage as a result of creatures being unseen by you.

Grapple (3 charges/long rest): As an bonus action the user can command the cloak to make a grapple attack (AC 16) If the target is grapple, all attack against the Target has advantage, and the target can't move.
