An arrow of aid is a magic weapon meant to slay a particular kind of creature. Some are more varied than others; for example, there are arrows of heath aid, arrows of battle aid and arrows of spell aid. If used an ally within 20 feet can get back one spell slot from a arrow of spell aid, 1d8 extra damage on the attack from a arrow of battle aid, or 2d6 healing from a arrow of heath aid.
Once an arrow of aid is it becomes a nonmagical arrow.
Other types of magic ammunition of this kind exist, such as bolts of aid meant for a crossbow, though arrows are most common.
