Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement)
A simple silver circle with a crudely drawn smile engraved on it. If you drop to 0 hit points while wearing this amulet, you automatically stabilize and do not need to make death saving throws. However you still have 0 hit points until healed and are unconscious.
Alternately, if you place this amulet on creature other than you that has dropped to 0 hit points, the amulet absorbs 3 failed saving throws. The creature is stabilized, though still unconscious, with 1 hit point. The amulet then turns to smoke and vanishes. It cannot be used again.
