Amulet of the Red Knight

This amulet is oval shaped, one side has a ruby gemstone Knight chess-piece that can be used as a holy symbol for a follower of The Red Knight. On the other side of the amulet, there is a clock face with a storm around it. Upon turning the amulet over to the clock face side, the user can seemingly manipulate time in the heat of battle. When you make an attack roll while wearing the amulet, you can forgo rolling the d20 to automatically get a 10 on the die. Once used, this property can’t be used again until after a long rest.
