Amulet of Balance

This amulet holds 3 charges. While wearing this amulet, you can use your action to expend a charge and focus on a creature that has a damage resistance or damage immunity and roll a contested d20 against the creature. 

On a failure, the creature's damage immunities become damage resistances and the damage resistances are nullified for 24 hours or until dispelled by Greater Restoration or a Wish spell.

Once the creature succeeds against this effect, it is immune to the effect of the amulet for 24 hours.

The amulet regains 1d4-1 expended charges at dawn.
