Wondrous Item, artifact

A small model mansion the size and weight of a large grape, if the associated cantrip is cast and there is appropriate room the house will grow to 3x8ft but will visibly look like a large run down mansion, successively casting the same cantrip will reduce the mansion back down to size. A DC 18 Wisdom (Perception) check will reveal to it to be a flat grey 3x8ft cuboid, otherwise it distorts perception around it to appear as a mansion that seamlessly appears where it was placed, and it's interior will distort space to be the size of normal mansion. The mansion cannot be destroyed by non-magical means.

The mansion is a perfect replica of the model, with many rooms including: a bathroom with a magically infinite supply of water, a kitchen with a magically infinite supply of firewood and water, half a dozen bedrooms and a) a fully stocked library (which can be used to learn skill proficiencies), b) a training area (which can be used to learn weapon and armour proficiencies provided help of anyone else with that proficiency) OR  c) a tinkers lab filled with tools (which can be used to learn any tool proficiency provided help of anyone else with that proficiency) depending on the model.

Any items removed from the mansion will shrink down the relative size whenever the mansion is shrunk, rendering them unusable. If any living thing is inside of the mansion it cannot shrink and the spell will fail. If any non living material is added to the mansion while grown, after shrinking the non living material will shrink down with the rest of the mansion not affecting it's weight but altering it's physical form when shrunk.
