Ashfeld Necklace

The necklace fallen from the icy form the the late Lady Ashfeld, it consists of a silver thread with twelve crystal adornments in the shape of teardrops. The entire necklace is cold to the touch. 

The necklace has twelve charges that can be used in the following ways, and are regained on the full moon.

Frozen Footpath - An icy path emerges below you when you go to step onto a body of water, allowing the user to walk on water, this effect lasts for an hour (4 Charges).

Ice Spike - You launch an icy spike from your fingertips at a single foe within a 60 ft range, said foe must make a DC 17 dexterity saving throw taking 5d6 cold damage on a fail, and half that on a pass (5 Charges).

Ice Storm - You call down a hail of fury from the plains of ice, you cast the spell 'Ice Storm' as a fourth level spell slot (10 Charges).

Cloak of Ice - A cloak of icy mist wraps around you, you have resistance to cold damage for an hour (2 Charges).
