This silver embezzled lighter made of titanium has deep connections to Tul Oreshka. This lighter will never run dry. It can be used just like a normal lighter. 

You gain a +2 to magic attacks and damage rolls and your spell save DC while this lighter is equipped. 

Truth to Power. When Abolitionist damages a living creature, that creature must roll a intelligence saving throw (DC 13). On an failed save, the lighter drains 1 point from the creature’s intelligence score and transfers it to the wielder (increasing to a maximum of 25). Intelligence loss/gain from this feature last until your next short or long rest. creatures brought to 0 intelligence by this feature are slain. 

The Darkness Reveals Itself. If Abolitionist absorbs enough intelligence  to bring the wielder to an intelligence of 25, the user, being so overwhelmed by the darkness of truth to the multiverse, becomes a vessel for their master Tul Oreshka as she devastates all that surround the user with eldritch energy. While in this state, you are unable to do anything besides cast Eldritch Blast, Eldritch Blast is a +10 to attack and damage rolls.
