This bronze and onyx amulet is designed with a large tree in the middle, with each branch being a different type of tree. As an action the user can press the amulet into their chest and it absorbs into their body, allowing the wearer to transform into any kind of tree that they are knowledgeable of for up to 1 hour. This item has 3 charges that reset at dawn.
When transformed into a tree, all the users possessions are absorbed into their new form, similar to wild shaping, and you cannot take any actions other than to return back into your original form. The player and DM shall determine how much health the tree has upon taking shape as well, the larger and denser the tree, the sturdier it is. (There are tables in the Dungeon Master's Guide, Ch. 8 "Objects" section for determining AC and HP) If the tree loses all of it's HP then the user is forcibly reverted back to their original form and takes half of their HP in the same type of damage last received.
The Amulet can also be used as a druidic focus.
