Animus is the legendary weapon and tool of Malleus, God of the Forge. It was forged from the core of a dying star and a shard of Malleus' own divine essence. Anyone who has seen the hammer in action understands it's limitless potential for both creation and destruction.
Hammer of the Forge. This magic warhammer grants a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with it. When you hit with an attack using it, the target takes an extra 3d10 fire damage.
Forge God's Ingenuity. While holding this hammer, both the cost and time of crafting are reduced by half.
Forged in Fire. While holding the hammer, you have resistance to fire damage and are immune to exhaustion. Additionally, you have proficiency with smith’s tools and have advantage on all ability checks made using them.
Fury of the Forge God. While holding this hammer, you may spend an action to strike the ground in front of you and summon a small volcanic eruption. A seismic wave travels from the point the hammer struck the ground to any point you can see within 60 feet of you in a straight line. Any creature in the path of this seismic wave must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw or be knocked prone. Additionally, the point you choose the wave to end erupts in a blast of volcanic fury. Every creature within 15 feet of this point must make another DC 18 Dexterity saving throw, taking 8d10 fire damage on a failed save, or half as much on a success. Once used, this ability cannot be used again until the next dawn.
Spells. While the hammer is on your person, you can use an action to cast one of the following spells (save DC 18): animate objects, heat metal, fabricate, magic weapon, mending. Once you use the hammer to cast a spell, the spell can’t be cast again from it until the next dawn.
Destroying the Hammer. To destroy the hammer, it must sit 100 years in a forge blessed by a god and lit by the breath of an ancient gold or red dragon. The hammer must then be removed from the fire and quenched in the blood of a Solar, causing it to shatter.
Proficiency with a Warhammer allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Push. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can push the creature up to 10 feet straight away from yourself if it is Large or smaller.
