You gain a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. Additionally, rolling a natural 19 or 20 on a hit makes the attack a critical hit. Also, rolling a natural 1 doesn't make the hit a critical fail, the hit is seen as a normal hit or a miss.
The blade looks like it has been forged by a legendary Elven smith. It's probably forged for someone special of Royal Blood. Rumors say this blade has a darker counterpart as well.
