This crude talisman was made from bones and beads woven together with vines.  It was found on the body of the kobold Seepo.  It was likely passed over by the Mongrelmen because it doesn't look like anything special.

It gives the bearer a +1 to any roll that involves Charisma and it allows at-will casting of Thaumaturgy
