Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement by a Long Rest)
A six-pointed snowflake amulet that softly hums. A white shimmering light gently cascades off it.
Once per long rest the user may activate the amulet and create a 60 foot diameter bubble that protects all beings inside of it. The bubble protects from any type of location magic such as scrying or locate person and cannot be entered without the creator's permission. The bubble lasts for 12 hours. The area inside the bubble starts to softly snow.
