Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement by a Clockwork Sorcerer)
When you cast a spell of 1st level or higher you can use a bonus action to instill order on a target. You can choose a Large or smaller creature within 60 feet of you to make a Constitution saving throw or be lifted 10 ft off the ground and rotate in the air until the end of your next turn.
While the creature is held in the air, it is considered to be grappled and prone.
Also, you can, as a reaction, expend 1 sorcery point to give a creature disadvantage on an attack roll made against you within 30 feet.
