For 1 hour, you can gain night vision (60ft.), can see through magical darkness and are able to see through any spell that may obscure a hidden item or creature.
A craftsman at DC14 can affix this item to a ranged item. Upon expelling of one charge will add +1D6 radiant damage to the next ammunition fired from this weapon in addition to gaining the previous abilities.
