Wondrous Item, rare
Monk item.
Appears as an amulet on a chain. Normally with the symbol of a particular temple or monastery.
It has a pool of KI points that can be called upon as and when.
The amulet gains a point a day at dawn if in sunlight to a maximum of 7 points. A Monk can also add a point a day to the amulet from his own pool.
Notes: Not many Monk items so thought why not. Not game changing and so not requiring attunement.

Posted Sep 17, 2020In a world of finite resources this can be pretty game breaking if the Ki Points added to its pool stay for a long period of time/indefinitely. I'd suggest an optional attunement to utilize the pool feature or a max limit of Ki points that can be stored for a defined period of time.

Posted Nov 16, 2020Might not have been clear.... Can only hold 7 points.
Tempted to change.
Loses a point after 7 days each day it is not out at dawn.
So the max it could have is 7 when fully charged and you could only add 2 per day. (the +1 the Monk can add plus the dawn additional +1)
The 7 total is linked to the weekly cycle but there could be ones not linked to that cycle and just the dawn.
I think the key to not making it OTT is the low number of charges and recharge rate.
If it had a bigger pool and recharged faster then it need to have it's rarity increased and need attuning (might really need attuning anyway)
