Rod, legendary
Built by Arcadian dwarves, this rod has a crystace-tipped spike on the bottom to plant into the ground. Once planted, it emits a dome-shaped shield that prevents incoming attacks, but allows the user/s to fire through the energy field.
Shield dome extends 15 feet in every direction.
