Armor of Buckles and Pouches

This almost impractical looking set of armor is covered in pouches and held together with a complex array of buckles and straps. It can be donned or doffed with an action, and once per day the wearer can retrieve an item from it in addition to their normal interaction with the environment for that turn.

This armor consists of a fitted metal chest piece worn with supple leather. Although it leaves the legs and arms relatively unprotected, this armor provides good protection for the wearer's vital organs while leaving the wearer relatively unencumbered.
